Job summary

Aerotek in Hershey, PA is seeking a General Production Associate to join a fast-paced manufacturing team supporting production and packaging operations. The role involves repetitive tasks, operating equipment, and maintaining quality and safety in a food-grade environment.

You will rotate across shifts (1st/2nd/3rd) and perform line operation, material handling, inspections, and recording production data. Contract position offers onsite work and potential for pay increases and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor processing and packaging equipment.

• Complete routine cleaning of equipment and work areas.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report issues to maintenance or supervision.
• Accurately record production data and metrics.
