Aerotek is seeking General Production Workers for a contract-to-hire role in Reading, PA. You will process frozen products, finish and decorate desserts, and assist in packaging, with emphasis on accuracy and safety in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

The role requires lifting up to 75 lbs with assistance, standing 8+ hours, and adherence to GMPs. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $15.50 per hour, with benefits and escalation under the contract.

Qualifications

• Willingness to train in all areas of the finishing process.

• Basic mathematical skills for baking documentation.

• Meet lifting requirements and stand for 8+ hours per day.

Pay and Benefits
