Job summary

Aerotek in Columbia, MO is seeking a Production Associate to build, assemble, inspect, and repair products while performing maintenance on production and support machines. You will review documentation, ensure quality, and communicate with maintenance and engineering to drive improvements.

You will set up, program, and run complex equipment, orient and supervise teammates, and contribute to safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals in a fully onsite, contract-to-hire role.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.

Job description

Your role will involve reviewing and completing necessary documentation related to production processes, yield, rework, and scrap. Effective communication with maintenance, engineering, and various departments is essential, as is your ability to suggest improvements in safety, quality, cost, and delivery. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbia, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.73 - $21.23/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
