Job summary

Aerotek is seeking General Production Workers to join its Reading, PA team for contract-to-hire opportunities in a fast-paced food-manufacturing setting. You will process and package frozen products, finish and decorate desserts, and assist with various production tasks.

Responsibilities include line work, lifting up to 75 lbs, and maintaining GMP-compliant documentation. English fluency and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to carry up to 25 lbs and lift up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• Willingness to train in all areas of the finishing process.
• Reliability and flexibility in work assignments.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and conversing in English.
• Knowledge of GMPs in a food manufacturing environment.
• Basic mathematical skills for baking documentation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.50/hr.
