Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Production Associate in Dayton, OH to operate CNC equipment, load materials, and perform machine-shop tasks in a clean, temperature-controlled facility. The role offers stable schedules with overtime and potential for direct hire, with tuition reimbursement and bonus opportunities after conversion.

Typical duties include loading materials, starting CNC machines, following procedures, and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and stand/move around the facility during shifts.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Willing to follow established methods and procedures with moderate supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as assigned by the Group Leader.
• Load raw material into CNC fixtures using pneumatic air guns and/or torque wrenches.
• Start CNC machines to run selected programs.
• Perform typical machine-shop operations and use provided tools and instructions.
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Group Leader.
• Work as a team player and communicate work-related issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Comply with all safety regulations and procedures.

Pay Rate: $18.25–$20.35 per hour

Shifts Available

Day - 6AM – 4:30PM or 7AM - 5:30PM

Night - 5PM – 6AM or 5:30PM - 6AM

What’s a typical day as a Production Associate ? You’ll be:
