About the Opportunity:

• Job Title: Production Associate
• Pay Rate Range: $17/Hour
• Location: Arden Hills, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 6:30AM-3PM
• Position Type: Temporary

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Strong aptitude with personal smart devices (Tablets, Smartphones, Chromebooks, etc.) required.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work well as part of a team.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to prioritize tasks.
8. Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
9. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally.
10. Standing for long durations.
11. Bending and repetitive movements.
12. Use of hands and fingers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist teammates with unboxing Chromebooks, desktops, laptops, and tablets.
2. Package and prepare tablets and computers for processing.
3. Assist teammates in applying tags, pulling MAC addresses, etc., to Chromebooks.
4. Work with Team Lead to address problems and suggest improvements to prevent future issues.
5. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
