Here's a look at what you'll be doing as you build your career with us:


  • Stacking aluminum ingots (28 lbs each) and handling products with care

  • Quality checks to make sure everything meets our high standards

  • Forklift operation to transport finished products (if you don't have experience, we'll train you)

  • Routine maintenance and being part of a team that keeps things running smoothly

  • Safety First: Follow protocols and wear protective gear to keep yourself and others safe




Who You Are:

  • At least 18 years old and ready to jump into a fast-paced role

  • Positive, motivated, and eager to take on new challenges

  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and work in both heat and cold (yes, we keep it real)

  • Able to pass a background check, physical, and drug screen (safety first!)

  • Forklift experience? Great! No experience? No worries-we'll train you!

Requirements:



To join the Spectro Alloys team as a Production Associate, here's what you'll need:



Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old



Physical Requirements:

  • Able to frequently lift to 50 lbs

  • Ability to work in both hot and cold environments (we keep it real, but we've got you covered with safety gear)




Background & Screening:

  • Must be able to pass a background check, physical exam, and drug screen (Safety first!)




Positive Attitude & Motivation:

  • A strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the team

  • Ready to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment




Preferred Qualifications (but not required):

  • Previous experience in a physical, hands-on role (manufacturing or trades experience a plus)

  • Forklift Experience- If you've got forklift skills, great! If not, we'll get you up to speed.
