Located at Andersen Corporation's North Branch, MN Fibrex Extrusion plant, we are hiring Extrusion Associates to manufacture window and door lineals from Andersen's innovative Fibrex material. This role offers the opportunity to learn a new skill and start your career at Andersen.

Growth Opportunities

You will start as an Extrusion Associate, assisting the Operator with daily tasks while learning the basics of Fibrex Extrusion. Progression to an Operator role is supported through ongoing training.

Salary

Starting at $19.75-22.88/hr, with shift differentials of 6% for 2nd shift and 9% for 3rd shift. Employees can control their pay schedule with DailyPay.

Primary Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety rules and policies
• Visually inspect lineals for conformity to specifications
• Interpret smart scope, Promex, and bow machine results for dimensional conformity
• Use all Quality appearance station forms and gauges to adhere to Quality Standards
• Follow daily standard work
• Stack profiles according to standard work
• Properly wrap loads
• Order raw materials
• Adhere to line schedule
• Complete production paperwork
• Support a respectful workplace
