• Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am-2:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

Specific duties will vary based on the position that best matches the skills, experience, and interests of qualified applicants. Our production areas include machine operators, assembly, brazing, welding, crating, tube fabrication, and material handling.

• Utilize work orders and blueprints to ensure work is assembled according to specifications.
• Complete work within estimated time frames.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure products are produced on time.
• Communicate any machine complications or challenges to lead/supervisor.
• Participate in 5S, cleaning, and organizing methods.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards.

Qualifications (preferred):

• Manufacturing experience, especially in metal fabrication/metal joining.
• Experience in mechanical assembly.
• Experience with progressive stamping.
• Skilled in performing quality inspections.
• OSHA certification.

Qualifications (required):

• Ability to read detailed instructions and blueprints.
• Ability to measure using a measuring tape.
• Ability to convert decimals to fractions.
• Ability to assemble products using various hand tools.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours daily.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High School Degree / GED / Certificate.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of PPE.
