Position Overview: We are seeking a safety-conscious Production Associate to join our 2nd Shift team. Responsibilities include performing changeovers, packing parts, and conducting quality checks to ensure production standards and quality profiles are met on extrusion lines.

• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:40 pm to 11:00 pm
• Saturdays and Sundays Off

Success Indicators:

• Adheres to all safety procedures and uses safety equipment; identifies safety issues
• Follows standard work for packaging, quality inspection, and machine operation
• Maintains an organized and clean workspace
• Willing to work in other departments as needed and follow team leader instructions

The starting hourly rate is $23.50, including a shift differential of $2.50.
