Job summary

Kelly Services in Allentown, PA is seeking a Production Associate for 1st shift (6am-2:30pm). You will refurbish, clean, and prepare shipping containers, follow SOPs, and maintain inventory records using manual and electronic systems.

You’ll support receiving, storing, and staging materials, rotate across departments, onboard new associates, and pursue forklift certification. High school diploma or equivalent required; physical duties include lifting up to 40 lbs.

• Following and enforcing SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Maintaining accurate records using manual and electronic inventory systems.
• Supporting warehouse operations such as receiving, storing, and staging materials.
• Rotating across departments, cross-training, and helping onboard new associates.
• Keeping workspaces clean and organized, reporting maintenance issues.
• Completing required training and equipment certifications (pallet jack, forklift).
• Performing additional duties to support team goals.
