Job summary

Jabil seeks a production supervisor to oversee manufacturing processes, align production priorities with cost factors, and support data-driven decision-making. You will work with management, procurement, and maintenance to optimize resources and minimize waste while ensuring quality compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with strong communication and analytical capabilities to drive performance improvements across production

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations.
Ability to determine logistics requirements to enable business goals.
Proficiency in business analytics to improve footprint.

Responsibilities

Confer with management to establish production and quality control standards and delivery dates.
Coordinate production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control to optimize resources.
Review reports to identify nonconformities and address production problems with supervisors.
Assist in reducing scrap and MRO usage; ensure clean workstations and adherence to procedures.
Monitor production metrics and prepare monthly report cards to drive improvements.
Ensure employees follow policies and maintain stocks and equipment.
Monitor SPC system to identify and fix recurring issues; collect and store production data.
