Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production runs and help establish priorities aligned with cost and efficiency goals. You will coordinate with procurement, maintenance and quality teams to optimize resources and ensure smooth operations.

The role involves monitoring metrics, reducing scrap, and ensuring safe, compliant manufacturing practices. A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience are preferred; strong Office skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years experience.
• Or a combination of education, experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Set production priorities with supervisor to optimize operations.
• Coordinate production with procurement, maintenance and quality control.
• Review reports to identify nonconformities and production problems.
• Minimize scrap and manage MRO usage and stocking.
• Monitor production metrics and prepare monthly report cards.
• Ensure policy adherence and proper workspace organization.
• Support SPC system monitoring and data retention.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
