Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a General Production Assistant in Neenah, WI. Training is provided to support machine operators and help ensure product quality with safety and PPE adherence on the first shift.

The role involves operating production equipment, handling materials, visual product inspection, and maintaining clean, safe work areas in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow work instructions, Operational Standard Work, and supervisor direction.
• Comfort working in a production environment while consistently following safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Willingness to operate assigned equipment and perform material handling tasks safely.
• Attention to detail for visual product inspection and quality checks.
• Commitment to housekeeping and basic maintenance responsibilities within the assigned area.

We are seeking a General Production Assistant to join a fast paced manufacturer in Neenah, WI. As a General Production Worker, you provide general labor and support to the machine operators to help ensure quality of product.

What's the Job?
