Director of Creative Solutions - Owner at Colorwave Graphics, LLC

Colorwave Graphics is seeking a dependable, hands-on individual to support our production team and assist with the manufacturing and installation of custom graphics including vehicle wraps, commercial signage, wall murals, window graphics and more!

This is an entry-level role with full training provided and opportunities for growth in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production and installation of vinyl graphics and signage

• Operate wide-format printers, lamination equipment, and CNC cutting systems (training provided)

• Prepare and clean vehicles, walls, and windows for graphic installation

• Measure, cut, weed, and apply vinyl materials

• Load/unload materials, maintain a clean work environment

• Support team in completing projects on time and to quality standards

Key Qualifications:

• Ability to read and understand U.S. measurements (feet, inches, fractions)

• Strong basic math skills, including use of fractions and decimals

• Comfortable using small hand tools and power tools

• Must be comfortable working on ladders or aerial lifts (training provided)

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Experience:

No prior experience required — but any background in signage, installation, construction, printing, or a skilled trade is a plus.

Compensation:

$15–$22 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and motivation.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, Monday–Friday

Occasional weekends or early/late shifts depending on project needs
