A leading company in media production is seeking a temporary Production Assistant to support the Content Creation team. The ideal candidate will help maintain research databases, track media, and provide operational support. This role requires strong organizational skills and a collaborative approach to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Job DescriptionTHE ROLE: Production Assistant, Content Creation - Temporary
The Production Assistant provides operational support to the Content Creation team. Responsible for maintaining research databases, tracking media movement, creating and tracking Rights Bible materials and general support to our producer/AP teams in alignment with departmental production plans. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, extremely organized and an eager problem-solver.
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Research & Edit Prep
Maintaining existing database templates to track source media for compilation episodes.
Collaborating with producers to provide episodic research across all projects
Logging incoming footage for all new source material
Media Asset requests. Including; Source media, GFX element, credits, 3rd party licensed media
Rights Bible Support
Working in collaboration w/ Content Clearance to create and/or collect required rights bible deliverables
Fulfillment of credits requests (uploading in database)
Collecting ABS Scripts from CC vendor (uploading in database)
Collecting cut notes from producers (uploading in database)
Creating Textless Log/Lower 3rd Log
Production Scheduling & Tracking
Assist AP's in maintaining all project tracking systems in Airtable.
Assist AP's in tracking media asset elements requested for edit.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Television Production/Communication or equivalent.
1+ years production/post-production experience
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Air Table.
Basic video editing skills not required but an asset.
Collaborative and team-oriented approach
Please note project assignment associates are engaged to provide service to A+E Global Media on a temporary basis in connection with a specific project. Project assignment associates are hired and employed through a third-party vendor with a duration/tenure of no longer than eighteen (18) months .
Compensation Contract Hourly Pay Rate: $28.60Thepay rate displayed serves as a good faith estimate for this role.
