Job summary

Logan Hollowell Jewelry is seeking a detail-oriented Production Assistant to coordinate the production process for our luxury jewelry collections. You will support the Production Manager and Production Director, ensuring timely delivery and accurate order logging.

Responsibilities include sourcing from suppliers, quality checks before shipping, inventory monitoring, and coordinating logistics for finished pieces to clients and partners. Strong teamwork and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production coordination or supply chain management within the jewelry or luxury goods industry preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and external partners.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production.

• Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations and production workflow

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team at Logan

Hollowell Jewelry. The Production Assistant will play a crucial role in coordinating many aspects of

the production process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our jewelry collections while

supporting the Production Manager and Production Director.
