Overview

As a Production Assistant, you’ll support the hands-on creation of our fine jewelry pieces, working closely with the Production Team in key parts of the manufacturing process. This includes handling wax models, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and efficient work environment.

Position Details

This is a full-time, manufacturing and production-based position at our Corporate office in Chandler, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Daily casting and investing duties based on the production schedule and team needs.
• Melt and sprue wax models correctly and efficiently, preparing them to be attached to wax “trees” used in the casting process.
• Support the Production Lead in routine maintenance and servicing of machinery, including casting, investing, and 3D printer equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the wax room, investing room, and casting area.
• Follow all safety protocols and quality standards throughout the production process.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, both physical and instructional.
• Comfortable working with hot materials, tools, and machinery (training provided).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a small team.
• Willingness to perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks as part of daily workflow.
