Job summary

JIA JIA in Westlake Village, CA is seeking an exceptionally organized Production Coordinator to become a key member of our growing luxury brand. This on-site role focuses on turning orders into high-quality products while supporting the warehouse and fulfillment processes.

You will work closely with leadership to ensure every product meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship, with room for advancement into senior roles as the company scales, while collaborating across departments

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in production, operations, inventory, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience in luxury goods, jewelry, fashion, or premium consumer products is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable learning new systems such as Shopify, Airtable, and inventory software.
• Proactive and problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production orders from manufacturing through delivery.
• Communicate with manufacturing partners and vendors.
• Receive, inspect, barcode, and organize inventory.
• Perform quality control on fine jewelry and home products.
• Prepare wholesale and ecommerce shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory across Shopify and internal systems.
• Help organize and optimize warehouse and production workflows.
• Develop and improve operational processes as we scale.

Production Coordinator

Compensation: $30–38/hour DOE

At JIA JIA, we create fine jewelry and luxury home objects inspired by the beauty and energy of natural gemstones. Our products are carried by some of the world’s leading luxury retailers, and we’re entering an exciting phase of growth as we build our new headquarters in Westlake Village.

We’re looking for an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to become a key member of our growing team.

This is more than a production role—it’s an opportunity to help build the operational foundation of a rapidly growing luxury brand. You’ll work closely with our founder and leadership team to ensure every product meets the highest standards of quality, organization, and craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate production orders from manufacturing through delivery

• Full-time, on-site in Westlake Village, CA
