  • Operate teleprompter during live and recorded shows, adjusting on the fly as needed
  • Monitor live show timing and help cue content transitions
  • Support control room and studio operations during tapings and live broadcast
  • Work closely with senior production staff to ensure all materials are ready for edit sessions and live action shoots.

Administrative & Logistics:

  • Maintain daily production schedules and calendars
  • Track and distribute production materials such as call sheets and rundowns
  • Assist with coordinating internal and external communication between departments
  • Help organize production spaces, manage supply runs, and support on-set logistics
WHO YOU ARE

  • You understand basic broadcast standards and workflows
  • You work well both independently and as part of a production team
  • You’re passionate about storytelling, live production, and the American West
  • You have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
