About The Role:

• Support the roasting team by preparing green coffee, packing bags and boxes, producing cold brew, and cleaning and organizing the Roastery workspace and lab. Adhere to all GMPs and production guidelines, maintaining quality and fostering a collaborative spirit.

What You'll Do:

• Production: Prepare green coffee batches for roasting, weigh and fill bags, apply labels, and pack orders.
• Inventory: Maintain logs for green coffee and blend percentages.
• Maintenance: Contribute to cleaning and maintenance of equipment; keep work area tidy.
• Cleaning and sanitation of production equipment.
• Coachable: Receive and implement feedback quickly.
• Approachable: Build strong interpersonal connections.
• Impactful: Communicate concepts clearly and engagingly.
• Culture: Participate in an inclusive, quality-focused culture with thoughtful communication.

Qualifications:

• Experience in specialty coffee required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Open availability during the work week.
• Good organizational, problem-solving, and resourcefulness skills.
• Strong initiative and self-management, willing to take direction.
• Ability to stand for ~8 hours and lift 50 lbs. or more.
