Job summary

Boeing Auburn, WA is seeking a Production Asset Software & Controls Equipment Engineer on a contract basis to support fabrication production equipment. This is not a direct Boeing employment; candidates are hired as contract workers through a Boeing approved 3rd party for the project duration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field required.
• 3+ years of related engineering work experience.

Responsibilities

• Hardware and software evaluation and down select.
• Implement and validate upgraded hardware and software into automated control systems.
• Develop and release bid and purchase specifications for equipment.
• Design, develop, and support equipment network technology and cybersecurity.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to quality, safety, and repeatability.
