Job summary

Keter is seeking an Assembly Team Member in Indiana to support the injection molding process. Starting pay is $17-19 per hour, with a Skill Based Pay Program as you complete training. This role offers a 12-hour shift pattern (2/2/3), with day and night options in a climate-controlled environment.

The role involves handling products from molding to labeling, assembling, stacking, and packing per procedures. Candidates should be able to stand 12 hours, have good dexterity, and follow safety rules.

Qualifications

• Prior production experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for 12 hours.
• Good hand/finger dexterity and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain workflow by keeping pace with the molding machine output.
• Monitor part quality per the procedure and supervisor guidance.
• Perform trimming, labeling, assembling, stacking, packing as required.
• Verify label and stack/package correctness.
• Notify supervisor of problems or changes.
• Keep workstation clean and safe.
• Follow all safety procedures and policies.
