Keter is hiring for an assembly team member in Indiana. You will handle product from injection molding, inspect quality, and perform trimming, labeling, assembling and packing per procedure.

The role offers a starting pay of $17.00–$19.00 per hour with a Skill Based Pay program as you complete training. Shift options include 12‑hour days or nights, with a climate controlled environment and safety-focused operations.

Qualifications

• Must have previous production experience.
• Must be able to stand and walk for 12 hours.
• Must have good hand and finger dexterity.
• Must work safely.
• Must be able to lift, twist, bend and squat consistently.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Must be able to view items closely.

Responsibilities

• Handle product as it comes from injection molding machines and evaluate quality before trimming, labeling, assembling and packing per procedure.
• Maintain workflow by matching pace with molding machine output.
• Monitor part quality continually per the quality procedure sheet and supervisor guidance.
• Perform trimming, labeling, assembling, stacking and packing as needed.
• Verify label and stack/package correctness.
• Notify supervisor or technician of any problems or changes and keep workstation clean and safe.
