Snelling, Llc in Louisville, KY is seeking a Production Assembler for a 1st shift, temp-to-hire. You will assemble industrial machinery using hand and power tools, install mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components, and read blueprints and schematics.

This climate-controlled, 4‑day workweek position offers starting pay of $20.00 per hour, overtime opportunities, quarterly bonuses, and advancement potential, with benefits including 401(k) matching and medical, dental and vision coverage.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic assembly experience.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, blueprints, and schematics.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
