Elkhart Plastics in Indiana is seeking a dependable Trim/Assembly operator for the 3rd shift (Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.). The role focuses on producing various parts to quality and efficiency standards while adhering to safety rules.

You will review instructions, prepare tools, trim and bundle products, and inspect finished work using hand and power tools; prior manufacturing experience is preferred and English literacy is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must read and write proficiently in English.
• Able to operate hand and power tools.

Responsabilités

• Prepare tools and information for each job before starting.
• Review Work Instructions prior to starting a job.
• Bundle products after trimming and move to staging location.
• Complete all assigned projects by the due date.
• Review production priorities and meet targets.
• Attend shift meetings and training as required.
• Inspect products for conformance to quality standards.
