Job summary

Elkhart Plastics in Indiana seeks a Machine Operator for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00am-2:00pm) to run molding equipment and meet quality standards.

You will review setup sheets, prepare tools, and operate ovens, cranes, forklifts, and hand tools to produce molded parts safely and efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, strong English skills, and can work in a hot environment.
