Jtec Industries, Inc. is seeking an Assembly Supervisor to lead and manage both direct and indirect operations in our production area. You will plan and coordinate processes and key resources to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality output.

The role reports to the Production Manager and requires strong leadership, manufacturing experience, and familiarity with ERP systems. We offer competitive compensation and a robust benefits package in a dynamic metal fabrication environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years production manufacturing experience, preferably in a metal fabrication industry.
• Supervisory experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage direct and indirect operations of the assigned area to meet delivery requirements.
• Coordinate processes and resources for efficient production.
• Collaborate with Production Manager to optimize workflows and safety.
