Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with the production tools used in the process.
• Understanding of the production workflow and processes.
• Demonstrated dependability and regular attendance.
• Ability to read and convey work instructions clearly to the team.
• Willingness to work across multiple departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the production team to meet schedules.
• Ensure adherence to SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) principles.
• Meet with supervisor daily for schedules and updates.
• Provide hands-on training and coaching to team members.
• Perform quality inspections and address subpar items before next stage.
• Maintain tools and ensure workspace cleanliness and organization.
• Complete required paperwork daily and report HR issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies.
