Milgard Windows & Doors, part of MITER Brands, seeks dependable, hands-on team members for a production assembly role. You will follow safety policies, read production orders, and operate fabrication equipment to build insulated glass units and install hardware.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE.
• Read and interpret production orders and material specs.
• Operate chop saws and fabrication equipment (saws, punches, drills, routers).
• Use pneumatic hand tools for assembly and fabrication.
• Assemble and install insulated glass panels into sash/frame and install hardware.
• Inspect work-in-progress and finished units for quality.
• Package, wrap, and stack completed units for shipment.
• Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
