Job summary

Technical Needs is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a cleanroom environment and build precision electromechanical assemblies. You will interpret wiring diagrams, BOMs, and assembly drawings while using hand tools, multimeters, torque drivers, and soldering equipment.

Requires at least 6 months of assembly experience and solid mechanical aptitude, particularly for E/M assemblies. Monday–Thursday night shift is provided with a base rate of $22/hr plus a 15% differential.

Qualifications

  • 6+ months of relevant assembly experience, preferably with electromechanical components.
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
  • Basic soldering, crimping, wiring harness assembly, and knowledge of ESD safety protocols.
  • High school diploma with 1–2 years of related manufacturing or assembly experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electromechanical components, cables, sensors, motors, and subassemblies.
  • Interpret wiring diagrams and BOMs; use hand tools, multimeters, and torque drivers.
  • Inspect final assemblies and ensure conformance to specs and lean manufacturing standards.

Our client is looking for an Electro-Mechanical Assemblers, a key role in the manufacturing of advanced equipment. This position involves assembling electromechanical components, including cables, sensors, motors, and subassemblies, used in high-tech manufacturing environments. You will interpret wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and bills of materials, using hand tools, multimeters, torque drivers, and soldering equipment to build and inspect precision assemblies.Working in a cleanroom setting, you'll follow strict ESD and protocol procedures while supporting lean manufacturing initiatives.
