Job summary

Technical Needs is seeking a Machine Operator to join its manufacturing team in New Hampshire. You will set up and operate automated production machinery, assemble PCBs and electronic systems, and ensure quality throughout the process.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, follow safety guidelines, and adapt in a fast-paced, 36-hour weekly schedule (Mon–Wed, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM). Experience in electronics manufacturing is valued.

Our client is looking for a Machine Operator to join a leading manufacturing solutions provider serving the dynamic electronics manufacturing services (EMS) industry.In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating automated production machinery, assembling electronic components, and ensuring high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on assembling PCBs and electronic systems for sectors such as defense, aerospace, industrial, semiconductor, medical, automotive, and clean tech.This position is ideal for motivated team players with a strong work ethic who are eager to learn new skills related to automated equipment operation, quality assurance, and basic equipment maintenance. You should have a keen eye for detail, adherence to safety guidelines, and the ability to work efficiently within a structured schedule.
