Job summary

Flow Control Group is seeking an Assembly Technician in Arlington, TX to build water treatment systems per drawings and specs. You will cut, fit, and solvent weld PVC piping, install components, and support testing and inspection activities.

Ideal candidates have hands-on tool experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read assembly drawings. Join a team focused on safety, quality, and reliable production.

  • Assemble water treatment systems according to drawings, work instructions, and specifications. Cut, prepare, and solvent weld PVC piping and fittings. Install piping, tubing, valves, pumps, instrumentation, and electrical components.
  • Perform testing, inspections, and basic troubleshooting as required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering, production, and quality teams to meet production schedules.
Qualifications
  • Experience using common hand and power tools.
  • Ability to make accurate measurements and precise cuts using saws and other fabrication tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, professional products.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret assembly drawings and instructions.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while taking direction from supervisors.
  • Self-motivated with the initiative to identify and complete tasks independently.
  • Dependable, safety-conscious, and focused on quality workmanship.
