Qualifications

• Basic technical knowledge with manufacturing experience in a chemical, biological, pharmaceutical, or similar environment.
• Knowledge of department operating procedures and safety rules and procedures relate to normal duties.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment for routine processes and operate complex equipment under supervision.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and communicate operational events and issues.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and assist in implementing changes in operations and documents.
• Troubleshoot problems with occasional assistance and learn from trainers.
• Ensure compliance with GMP policies and safety standards.
• Participate in meetings and share information to improve production efficiency.
