Job summary

AbbVie, a leader in biologics manufacturing, seeks an experienced operator to perform cGMP tasks in our production facility. You will work with engineers on setup and calibration, support rework and quality testing, and help optimize manufacturing methods and procedures.

Responsibilities include material shipping, inventory control, sampling, equipment prep (CIP/SIP), cell culture, chromatography, and filtration to ensure quality and efficiency in production processes.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent experience with 6+ years of GMP-relevant experience.
• Highly skilled specialist who contributes to the development of concepts and techniques.
• Completes complex tasks with independent action and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Ship finished materials.
• Maintain inventory levels.
• Sample in-process and raw materials.
• Operate glass washer and autoclave.
• Prepare buffers and media.
• Prepare equipment (CIP/SIP).
• Culture cells from vial thaw to production scale.
• Perform column chromatography.
• Conduct tangential flow filtration.
