Qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering experience required.
• Meaningful experience shipping AI/LLM features into production required.
• Experience owning AI projects end-to-end required.
• Strong understanding of model selection, data pipelines, deployment and iteration required.
• Experience with LLM APIs, embeddings, vector databases, and fine-tuning required.
• Strong foundation in full-stack web development required.
• Ability to connect technical decisions to measurable business outcomes required.

Responsibilities

• Own AI projects end-to-end, from problem framing to deployment, evaluation and iteration.
• Build production AI systems for candidate-to-job matching and marketplace optimization.
• Develop intelligent automation that replaces or improves manual marketplace workflows.
• Create AI-powered capabilities across classification, extraction, content generation, and search.
• Develop evaluation and experimentation systems focused on accuracy, consistency, and measurable results.
• Translate real-world user feedback into production AI improvements.
• Build tooling and infrastructure to accelerate AI development and iteration.
• Link technical decisions and AI functionality to measurable business outcomes.
