The salary range for this position is $250,000 - $280,000, accompanied by competitive employer-heavy benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience building and shipping LLM-powered systems, including retrieval-augmented generation.
• Demonstrated ability to establish architectural patterns for AI systems.
• Strong understanding of model evaluation to detect and mitigate hallucinations.
• Experience in model deployment and reliability optimization in live environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade AI systems for real user support.
• Own model deployment, monitoring, and reliability at scale.
• Partner with product and design to frame problems before implementation.
• Stay current on research and tooling to elevate technical standards.
