NJF Global Holdings Ltd in New York seeks an experienced AI Engineer to turn the latest advances in AI into production‑ready systems, taking ideas from experimentation through deployment and continuous improvement.

You'll build AI‑powered applications, work with modern LLMs and AI frameworks, integrate models with internal platforms and APIs, and assess models for performance, reliability and cost to drive business impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with strong production Python skills.
• Hands-on experience building and operating LLM applications.
• Experience with prompt engineering, tool calling, context management, agents and model evaluation.

Responsibilities

• You'll build AI-powered applications including intelligent assistants, agent-based systems and automated workflows.
• Work with modern LLMs and AI frameworks, integrating models with internal platforms, APIs and data.
• Develop evaluation and benchmarking approaches, monitor production performance and build scalable, secure AI infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineers, researchers and stakeholders to turn problems into technical solutions.
