• Conduct daily roll calls to validate labor counts and coverage.
• Prepare break and mealtime schedules for smooth shift operations.
• Escort new hires and assist onboarding.
• Print labels and production documents for shift start.
• Post weekly schedules and communicate changes to staff.
• Support GMP, HACCP, and safety documentation.
