Wawona Frozen Foods is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead site distribution, warehouse operations, inventory control, and dock management. You will supervise staff, engage carriers, and drive safety, efficiency, and accuracy across warehousing functions.

The role emphasizes planning, KPI governance, and collaboration with Quality, Operations, and Sales to meet product rate requirements and specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing/warehousing experience with progressive responsibilities.
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems.
• Vendor management experience in transportation and warehousing.
• Distribution experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maximize quality and efficiency through process analysis and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Develop and implement day-to-day operational activities with visibility into goals.
• Design warehouse, dock scheduling, staging, and loading processes that meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with Quality, Operations, and Sales to align warehousing with rate requirements and specs.
• Ensure staging, put-away, cycle counting, and loading schedules for finished goods.
• Manage forklift fleet contract, maintenance, and driver scheduling; train forklift operators.
• Deliver 99% accuracy for finished goods through cycle counts and physical counts; maintain FIFO storage.
• Hire, train, and manage warehouse and supply chain staff; coach and motivate teams.
