Job summary

INX International seeks a Production Admin at our Kansas location. You will handle order confirmations, process orders, cycle counts, and inventory management while coordinating with customers and internal teams.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 6 months to 1 year of production administration experience, and strong communication and computer skills. Familiarity with SAP/S/4HANA is a plus with a focus on accuracy and collaboration.

Job Description

We are seeking a Production Admin to work at one of our locations. As Production Admin you will be responsible to:

• Process Order confirmations
• Issue process orders and Z-FILs
• Perform Cycle counts
• Order acceptance
• Reviewand updateCOOISPI
• Manageinventory within the PSAs
• Communicatewith customers and customer service representatives
• Internal purchasing activities

Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

• Have high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Have6 months to a year of administrative work in production
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Be proficientin computer

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider it a plus if you have:

• Some SAP or S/4HANA experience
• Knowledge of production processes
• Previous experience in the ink industry
