Job summary

INX International Ink Co. is seeking a Production Admin at one of our locations in the United States. You will handle order confirmations, issue process orders, perform cycle counts, and manage inventory within PSAs while maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 6–12 months of production administration experience, and strong computer skills. SAP/S4HANA experience is a plus, as is prior ink-industry knowledge.

Job Description

Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

• Have high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Have6 months to a year of administrative work in production

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider it a plus if you have:

• Some SAP or S/4HANA experience
• Knowledge of production processes
• Previous experience in the ink industry
