Job summary

INX International is seeking an In-plant Ink Room Manager to work at our customer's site in Oshkosh, WI. You will serve as a liaison between INX and the client, managing ink production, dispensing, and quality control while handling inventory and monthly counts.

The role requires color matching skills, 2–5 years of related experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel to customer sites may be required, with emphasis on safety and reliable service.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Must be able to pass color vision test.
• 2–5 years of industry-related experience.
• Effective communication with peers and customers.
• Excellent written and reading comprehension and math skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and other computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Good organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical service, color matching, ink production and dispensing ink.
• Manufacture batches of ink under 150 lbs.
• Perform Quality Control tests on on-site manufactured batches.
• Responsible for inventory management and monthly consignment counts.
• Maintain INX's excellent relationship with the customer through superior service.

Job Description

• Performing technical service, color matching,ink production and dispensing ink
• Manufacturingbatches of ink under 150 lbs.
• Performing Quality Control tests on site-manufactured batches
• Being responsible for inventory management and monthly consignment counts
• Maintaining INX's excellent relationship with the customer by superior service

Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

• Have a High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
• Be able to match colors effectively and pass a color vision test
• Have 2 to 5 years of industry related experience
• Communicate effectively with peers and customers
• Have excellent written, reading comprehension andmath skills
• Demonstrate proficient with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skills
• Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
• Have good organization skills

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:

• Previous lab, inplant, and warehouse experience
• SAP Knowledge
• Previous experience within the Ink Industry
