Job summary

INX International Ink Co. is seeking a detail-oriented Production Administrator to support manufacturing operations and ensure the efficient flow of information, materials, and orders throughout production.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 6 months to a year of administrative work in production.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer use.

Responsibilities

  • Process and confirm customer and production orders.
  • Create and release process orders and Z-FILs in SAP.
  • Generate and maintain product labels and production documentation.
  • Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
  • Review and accept customer orders while coordinating production requirements.
  • Monitor and update COOISPI to track order status and production schedules.
  • Manage inventory transactions and material movement within Production Storage Areas (PSAs).
  • Communicate with customers, Customer Service Representatives, and internal departments regarding order status and inventory needs.
  • Support internal purchasing activities, including material requisitions and purchase requests.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with continuous improvement, quality, and safety initiatives.

Job Description

This role offers a starting range of $21 to $32 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

  • Have high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Have6 months to a year of administrative work in production
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Be proficientin computer

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider it a plus if you have:

  • Experience with SAP or S4 HANAin a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in production planning, inventory control, logistics, or manufacturing administration preferred.
