Job summary

INX International is seeking a Production Admin to support operations at our Charlotte area location. The role involves processing order confirmations, issuing process orders and Z-FILs, performing cycle counts, and coordinating with customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 6–12 months of administrative experience in production, excellent communication, and proficiency with computer systems. SAP S4HANA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process order confirmations.

Job Description

We are seeking a Production Admin to work at one of our locations. As Production Admin you will be responsible to:

• Process Order confirmations
• Issue process orders and Z-FILs
• Perform Cycle counts
• Order acceptance
• Reviewand updateCOOISPI
• Manageinventory within the PSAs
• Communicatewith customers and customer service representatives
• Internal purchasing activities

Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

• Have high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Have6 months to a year of administrative work in production
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Be proficientin computer
• Have SAP S4 HANA experience

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider it a plus if you have:

• Knowledge of production processes
• Previous experience in the ink industry
