Job summary

The Gersh Agency in Beverly Hills is seeking a Client Accounting Assistant for the Below-the-Line/ Production department. The role will support our Below-the-Line agents and float across the department to fill gaps on day-to-day matters, with growth potential into a Client Trust Accountant position.

The position involves creating invoices, processing payments, maintaining client files, and assisting with bookings and various tasks under agent supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Basic payroll and accounting knowledge or experience (entry level).
• Experience with production accounting is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Savy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Meticulous and accurate with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit invoices.
• Process payments and distribute checks and pay stubs.
• Conduct post-job check-ins with clients.
• Maintain client files and start work documents (I-9, W-4, etc.).
• Enter bookings and support duties as needed by Agents.
