Job summary

Gersh is seeking a detail‑oriented Client Accounting Coordinator in Beverly Hills to manage client Trust accounts, payments, and AR for digital clients, creators, influencers, and personalities. You will coordinate with agents, managers, and clients to ensure timely payments and accurate invoicing.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years accounting experience, with strong Excel and Outlook skills and a customer‑service mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of professional accounting experience (client payment and accounts receivable at an agency is a plus).
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service in a professional setting.
• Familiarity with payroll processes (timecards, invoices, payment processing, taxes).
• Knowledge of Digital Client Accounting payroll for creators, influencers, celebrities, athletes, and personalities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track invoices for clients’ hours, overtime, and reimbursement and send to production.
• Set up payment portals for accounts receiving and onboard clients for payroll.
• Send checks to accounting department for review and filing.
• Review bookings for accuracy.
• Manage payment collection and tracking for assigned client group.
• Provide regular updates with agents and clients on payment status and issues.
• Print weekly reports of outstanding payments and follow up.
• Collect and maintain clients’ employment paperwork and share with digital department on their behalf.
• Process ad hoc reporting requests for clients and agents.
