Job summary

Wis-Pak, Inc. in Quincy, IL is seeking a Production Operator to keep packaging lines running safely and efficiently. You'll maintain a clean workspace, perform timely changeovers, and document quality checks to ensure product integrity.

Candidates should be English-proficient, able to lift up to 75 pounds, operate safely, and pass forklift training. This full-time role offers a night shift (10:00pm–6:30am), competitive pay and benefits.

About The Role

As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, performing accurate product changeovers, and completing essential documentation--all while supporting the smooth operation of our packaging lines.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Following all safety, health, quality, Food Safety, GMP, and company policies and procedures.
• Understanding and properly operating safety switches, interlocks, and safety devices.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area to meet safety and housekeeping standards.
• Checking product and case codes frequently for accuracy and legibility.
• Performing package changeovers accurately and efficiently.
• Completing and filing all required quality and packaging documentation in a timely and orderly manner.
