Job summary

RTX, including its Collins Aerospace division, is seeking a Product Value Stream Leader (VSL) to own the full lifecycle of Integrated Air Data Systems products. You will lead cross‑functional IPTs, drive strategy, and ensure on‑time delivery while maintaining customer satisfaction across multiple programs and markets.

You will engage with senior leadership, manage risks, and shape long‑term business plans, serving as the face of the organization to clients.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum 10 years relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large development teams with diverse skill sets and interdependencies between functional groups.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Security clearance is required
• Proven track record in product lifecycle management up to strategic business planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional IPTs that manage new products/services with market capabilities.
• Manage IPTs to drive supply chain resilience and delivery targets.
• Implement functional strategy and operational plans for the work area.
• Manage large risks with financial and schedule impacts and strategic implications.
• Maximize customer satisfaction through influence on product and project execution.
• Influence and negotiate elements of key business opportunities.
• Occasional travel: 10%.
