Job summary

RTX is seeking a Product Value Stream Leader to own the full lifecycle of products in the Integrated Air Data Systems portfolio. You will lead cross-functional IPTs to drive new products/services with market capabilities and ensure on-time delivery.

This onsite role requires a university degree with extensive experience, the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance, and strong leadership, risk management, and business acumen to deliver on-time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree with 10 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with 7 years experience.
• Ability to lead large development teams with diverse skill sets and interdependencies.
• Business acumen to devise investment strategies and establish priorities.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional IPTs that manage new products/services and market capabilities.
• Drive supply chain resilience and delivery assurance targets.
• Implement functional strategy and operational plans for the work area.
• Manage large risks with financial and schedule impacts and strategic implications.
• Maximize customer satisfaction through product and project execution.
